Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria to be considered for the Program:
- Women and/or minority are encouraged to apply
- Four years of college/university experience
- Faculty: tenured or in a non-tenure earning position
- Administrative Personnel: associate director level or above
- Master's Degree
